Expo
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 1099REPS Global Medical Expo ("Expo", "Service") operated by 1099REPS, Inc. and Triple Seven Studios LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing the Expo, registering an account, claiming a booth, or purchasing an ad placement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Expo is a virtual convention hall accessible via web browser and WebXR-compatible VR headsets. It hosts time-bounded "conventions" (currently June 2026; future dates posted on the site) where attendees can walk a 3D environment, interact with exhibitor booths, demo products, and message sales representatives.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Expo. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
Exhibitors may purchase a booth in one of three tiers (Starter, Professional, Island) plus optional add-ons. Pricing is displayed at checkout and is a one-time fee covering the full duration of the named convention (typically 30 days). Booth purchases include:
Add-ons (featured placement, sponsored email blast, custom welcome banner, premium demo) are each priced separately and bundle into the booth checkout.
Ad slots (wall billboards, side banners, floor decals) are sold separately, on a first-come basis, for the duration of the named convention. Each ad slot includes display rotation, optional click-through URL, and a single image upload (or text-only treatment). Pricing is shown at the time of purchase.
You retain all rights to any content you upload (3D models, images, copy, logos). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and serve that content for the duration of your booth or ad placement, plus 30 days for archival purposes.
You represent that you own or have permission to use any content you upload, including trademarks and copyrighted material. You must not upload anything that:
We may remove content that violates these Terms at our discretion, with notice via the email on file.
The Expo is a marketing platform. We do not endorse, certify, or vet the safety or efficacy of any medical product displayed by exhibitors. Visitors should consult licensed medical professionals and conduct their own due diligence before purchasing any product based on Expo content.
All payments are processed through Stripe. We charge in USD. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — in summary, full refunds within 7 days of purchase before the convention begins; pro-rata or no refunds after that, depending on circumstances.
While in the virtual hall you must not: harass other attendees, use voice chat for spam or abuse, impersonate other companies, scrape or exfiltrate attendee data, or attempt to circumvent authentication or rate limits. Violation may result in immediate disconnection and account termination without refund.
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, why, and how to request deletion. Short version: contact info you give us, payment metadata via Stripe, anonymous walk-path analytics in the hall, lead-capture forms you submit to exhibitors.
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows are announced in advance when possible. If the platform is unavailable for more than 12 consecutive hours during a paid convention, we will pro-rate a credit toward your next purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Expo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost goodwill.
You may stop using the Expo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or operational risk for us.
We may revise these Terms; the updated version takes effect when posted. Material changes to pricing, refund terms, or your obligations as an exhibitor will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
